International Planning

If traveling outside the United States, passengers must comply with customs and immigration. Requirements include full name, date of birth, citizenship and passport. Advance notice may be required to arrange customs for international operations.

Pilots

For safety purposes, crew members are limited to a 14-hour duty day. Flight crews can fly a total of 10 hours per day. At the end of each workday, flight crews are required to rest a minimum of 10 consecutive hours.

Baggage

The FAA requires all baggage to be stowed or securely strapped while inside the aircraft. Shipment can be arranged for any oversized items not fitting securely inside the baggage compartment. No items will be permitted in the aisles.

Airport Reservations

Some commercial airports require a reservation system for private aircraft. These airports include New York's LaGuardia and John F. Kennedy Airports, Chicago's O'Hare International Airport, Toronto's Pearson International Airport. Reservation systems may be implemented for specific occasions such as major sporting events.

Airport Requirements

Airports located in mountainous terrain may require daytime-only operations. Airports affected are primarily in the Rocky Mountain region of the United States. They will be evaluated on an individual basis.
